Celestial studios is available for private, professional and party hire. It has a capacity of around 150. Set over two floors.

BASIC PRICING STRUCTURE

£50 per hour for one room

£150 per hour for one entire floor

£250 per hour for entire studio 

NB - THE SUSPENSION SUITE HAS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PRICING. 
this is due to the fact that if it is in use it cuts off access to the majority of downstairs areas. As such the price for the SUSPENSION SUITE is as follows:

£100 per hour before 6pm
£80 per hour after 6pm

Overnight stay in a bedroom is £150. If this includes access to all the areas, it is £250 for overnight. Extra people (more than 2) incur a £50 per person extra fee for overnight.

NB - We do provide discounts for longer stays

Amenities include: shower facilities, a bar with food, drinks including tea and coffee making facilities and WiFi. A hot tub area is also available to be hired independently or as part of your visit. 

When you arrive, you will be taken on a brief tour, and given an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the space or equipment.

All sets come equipped with basic consumables (condoms, lube and gloves) and contain some anal/impact play toys. You may request additional equipment/toys for an additional  fee, such as:

    We also have a large private wardrobe including boots/latex/leather that is available for hire. 

    Private parties

    We are available to be hired for private events/parties/functions - we even had a request to host a wedding reception this year! We regularly host rope events and kinky parties. Whatever your event, we will be able to cater to your needs. Please contact us to discuss pricing and availability. We can offer you services such as bar staff/ greeters/ door security by request.

    Hire for Dommes/Subs/Couples etc

    We are open 7 days a week/24hrs a day if needed for smaller private hire to conduct your sessions or just a naughty sleepover with a partner to take advantage of our extensive equipment.

    Photography/Filming Location

    We provide an ideal space for individuals or groups looking for a space for photoshoots or for filming content. We have hosted hundreds of such shoots for models and individuals to large production companies. Please see our 'Photography Studio' section for more details.
